For a long time, the crane is the most common large-scale mobile equipment in daily production. In the past, there were two operation modes of conventional cranes: Cab operation and manual switch operation.
The cab operation requires special personnel to sit in the cab for full-time operation, which greatly limits the personal freedom of the operator. Many operators work for half a day, and long-term sitting and overlooking make the operator suffer from occupational diseases. In many high-temperature, corrosive, toxic and harmful environments, such as casting, steel, pickling, printing and dyeing, paint and other workshops, lifting operators are the biggest environmental victims!
The operation of the flashlight door is to lead a control cable from the crane control box and operate the crane through the operation handle. There are two kinds of operation methods: one is that the operation handle line is fixed at the control box at one end of the crane, and the operator moves left and right with the crane along with the pull handle. The walking route of the personnel is basically straight; Another is that the operating handle wire is fixed at the hoist control box, the pull wire moves back and forth with the electric hoist, and the personnel moves with the hoisted object. When the pull handle is operated at a fixed position, the walking route of the personnel is fixed, and there are strict requirements for the equipment on the ground. The personnel need a special passage, and the utilization rate of the workshop space is low. The operator shall keep away from the object to be hoisted, and the line of sight angle shall be strictly controlled. Special personnel shall be assigned to direct the operation. When the pull handle moves with the hoist, due to the limitation of the pull length, the operator is too close to the hoisted problem, the safety is too poor, and it is impossible to operate the large pieces. At the same time, the stay wire is easy to break and merge due to long-term and frequent dragging, resulting in failure or accident. Almost every year, the handle and handle wire are replaced several times!
With the development of industrial wireless control technology, its products are becoming more and more mature. People can independently, freely, flexibly and safely operate industrial equipment such as cranes through wireless remote control, just like operating aircraft models and household appliances. The industrial wireless remote controller is mainly used to wirelessly transmit the human operation instructions to the remote receiving system through digital coding and encryption through the wireless transmitter, and the receiving system restores the control instructions after decoding and conversion to realize the control of various mechanical equipment; At the same time, it is required to have 100% anti-interference ability in the environment of strong magnetic field, strong electric field and complex radio signal. The crane remote controller can replace the cab or the pull handle for wireless remote control of the crane.
